The Year That Was 2022

2022 was really an incredible year.

I met some wonderful people, and shot at beautiful locations. It is only fitting to sit back, look through the weddings again, and post only a few photos. 33 weddings and almost 250 000 photos taken... it really is just too difficult to choose my favourite photos from each wedding.

But this year I've also seen my couples from 2021 and 2020 send me messages of them becoming parents. Walking this journey with your couples and seeing their family grow is just an amazing feeling.

Personally I had big dreams for 2022. But there was a point where 2022 really kicked by butt. I didn't reach all my goals, but I did grow as a person and photographer, but most importantly as a father and husband.

So what will 2023 hold... more weddings in the Cape, Drakensberg, Kruger... and then also in the U.K. So yes, can't wait to begin new journeys and capture more moments of love.
